We also offer Architectural documentation services for clients that require council approval for extensions, new builds & amendments to existing buildings.
Our Process
To start the process, contact us to arrange a site inspection & a free quote. Once an agreement is made & signed, we will request a deposit & purchase materials for the project, prepare the site for construction & complete installation in a timely & efficient manner.
For design, architectural or drafting projects, we will arrange a meeting in-person or over the phone to discuss the scope of works, go through the deadlines & processes for submitting to council. Once a project agreement is signed and a date is locked in, we will work to get the project completed before the deadline & if required, submit to council.
Site Measure & Consultation
We go through your needs & discuss the location, existing conditions of the site, estimated time & costs involved & different fencing styles.
Quote &
Date Schedule
We will submit an official quote that outlines costs, scope of works, a timeline for the project & payment terms. We can then schedule a start date once a deposit is processed & materials are purchased.
Site Prep &
Installation
To commence the project, we begin to prepare the site, measure & set up materials and start installation.
Project Handover
Upon completion of the project, we ensure that the work is finalised to our client's satisfaction.
